Egg-goodness


I always fail at boiling eggs. Its a life mystery to me. I can cook a mean risotto but boiling and egg just never works. That was till egg watchers joined my life. Its like an old school egg timer... but online- and is set depending on your egg size and temperature! It thinks for you!
I bet you ONE EGG that you will not fail using this egg timer!

    I can boil an egg okay now. Once upon a time I undercooked them. Now perhaps I overcook them. Whatever, at least they're not runny.

    I might try this next time I'm boiling an egg though. Assuming I remember it.
